TOEFL stands for Test of English as a
Foreign Language. He is a proficiency test used to measure a person's English
skills without being associated directly with the learning process.
Thus
in contrast to achievement TOEFL test, which tests the scope of the test is
limited to materials that have been studied students in the English class.
TOEFL includes four aspects: (1) Listening Comprehension, (2) Structure and
Written Expression, (3) Reading Comprehension, and (4) Test of Written English
(TWE). There are three kinds, namely the International TOEFL test TOEFL,
Institutional TOEFL and TOEFL Like-Test. The difference is that the question of
a new International TOEFL test in every implementation. As for institutional
and TOEFL test-test Like the problems stem from a few years earlier than the
International TOEFL test. The validity period of the TOEFL test is different.
For the International TOEFL test, a two-year validity period is acceptable in
all universities in the world. He also can be used to apply for scholarships
abroad. For Institutional TOEFL Test, the validity period of only six months,
the cost is much lower, can not be used to apply to universities abroad, but
sometimes can be used to apply for scholarships abroad. Like TOEFL-Test can not
be used to apply to foreign universities, only to meet the requirements of a
particular university in Indonesia.

a test method to measure how much a person's ability to use the English
language.

filter out those which have the ability to speak English, both in speaking,
listening and speaking.
I never followed toefl test. so I
can not tell my experience in test toefl. But someday I want to try it.
